At Ameerah, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during the process

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund
  • In some cases, exchanges may be processed as a return followed by a new order

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.


Important Notes

  • Ameerah reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
