7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Share your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and relevant images (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product
- Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during the process
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund
- In some cases, exchanges may be processed as a return followed by a new order
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.
Important Notes
- Ameerah reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
